Refund policy

RETURNS 

God’s 10 is committed to making sure our customers are satisfied and happy with their purchases. In the event that the product is not what you expected, you are free to return it within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. If it has been over 30 days, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

At this time, we do NOT accept any returns on our custom made banners or Free Shipping offers.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process. Below are the steps you need to follow to return an item:

  • Before a return can be processed, we need to verify the purchase was made on God’s10.com. If a purchase was made from a third-party, we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of our products and therefore can not offer any refunds on third party purchases. We also need to confirm the item(s) being returned were purchased from www.Gods10.com and that they were purchased within the last 30 days. We have a generous return policy, but after 30 days all sales are final.
  • Email info@Gods10.com for the return address. 

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you received free shipping on your order, we can not refund shipping costs.
  • Depending on where you live, it may take more time for you to receive your exchanged as shipping times may vary.  If you have not received the exchanged item within 10 days, please contact us at info@Gods10.com.
  • If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • If you feel like it has taken a while to receive your refund, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@Gods10.com. 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We will replace any item if they are defective or damaged. We will only exchange the item for the same or like kind item. Send us an email at info@Gods10.com with a picture of the damaged magnet and we will help expedite your exchange.

CHARGES AND CREDITS

Receiving your refund – Gods10.com does not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund minus the shipping charge to the credit card or PayPal account originally used.
